You're About to Promote a Launch Built for How Traffic and Conversions Actually Work in 2026, With Payouts of Up to $1,200+ Per Sale

(A quick note on the video: I recorded it before we renamed the event, so where I say Click and Convert Live, that's now Profit Engine Live. Everything else about the launch is exactly as I describe it.)

Quick track record before you keep reading.

Our September launches over the past 4 years have done a combined $21,000,000+ in sales. We've had different products each year, and JV partners keep coming back because the math keeps working for them.

This year I want to open with something most JV pages skip past.

Launches have been getting smaller across the board, some of the biggest names in online marketing have slid down the leaderboards over the last couple of years, and a lot of that traces back to email deliverability.

Plenty of lists, mine included, hit the inbox far less reliably than they did five years ago. When everyone stacks the identical launch formula on top of that, the numbers get tough for the product owner and even tougher for the partners promoting it.

You promote someone else's launch to come out of it with more than you put in.

Reciprocal mailings are nice, I'm always happy to arrange those, and the launch itself still has to pay you properly on its own. Every decision I've made in building this one flows from that.

There's a second weakness in the standard formula worth naming. A launch with a single hook only ever speaks to the slice of your list that cares about that one angle.

Everyone else tunes out for two weeks, your retargeting pool stays small, and a fortnight of pitch emails about a single offer wears thin with subscribers fast.

Affiliates can feel this happening, which is exactly why so many have grown hesitant to mail heavy promo angles at all.

I've watched this problem get solved before.

Back when the personal development niche was first taking off, John Assaraf ran launches where he'd present webinar sessions for days at a stretch, releasing different products at different points so people could drop into whichever session matched what they wanted to learn. Some buyers saw their third pitch before they bought, except each time they'd arrived through a fresh lead-in.

Affiliates piled onto those launches because they could mail genuinely helpful sessions to lists that would have revolted against pure pitching, and the conversions paid everyone well.

A handful of us pioneered variations on that model in the personal development space, and it produced six figure and sometimes seven figure launches in a market nobody had cracked yet.

Live events prove the same point at a bigger scale. The old World Internet Summit would put sixteen speakers on stage, each pitching one product, and attendees would wander between sessions, walk out having bought two or three things, and pay again for the recordings of the whole event.

There's a limit to how far one webinar can stretch, though. Stack vibe coding, an affiliate traffic method, and info product creation into a single presentation and the whole thing turns into a convoluted mess.

Each session has to stay on one track, with the one offer that perfectly fits it waiting at the end.

So here's what I'm doing in September. I'm running the live event model solo.

It's me teaching every session and the products are mine. There are four to five in total: two flagship offers, each positioned specifically for the workshop that closes into it, plus the session recordings sold as low ticket products in their own right for anyone who can't attend everything live.

When someone lands on a session, it feels like turning up at a mastermind and finding the exact talk they'd have picked from the agenda, whether that's profiting from Reddit and Instagram or vibe coding for profit in 2026.

How the Launch Runs

Pre-launch opens Tuesday, September 8. On Monday, September 14 there's an early bird webinar reserved for the audiences of partners who sent leads during pre-launch.

Profit Engine Live runs Tuesday, September 15 and Wednesday, September 16, three sessions per day. Each session's replay stays up free for 24 hours after it airs, which gives your subscribers a real reason to show up live or watch the same day.

Anyone who wants ongoing access can buy the full replay package for $97, with the session notes, prompt packs, and other resources included, so the low ticket conversion starts working for you from day one.

On Thursday the 17th we mail everyone about the replays coming down, which doubles as the push for the replay package.

Profit Engine Live 2 follows over the weekend of September 19 and 20 with the same format: three sessions a day of completely new workshops, new training, and new slides, closing into the same product range with one or two additions.

Its recordings sell for another $97, or $194 for both sets combined. Promotion for round two begins on the Friday.

The final week shifts toward more traditional single-offer workshops.

Profit Shortcuts Live airs Tuesday, September 22 as one session plus an encore the same day, at roughly 2pm and 8pm. The Secret Strategy Live takes Wednesday the 23rd on the same 2pm and 8pm pattern.

Thursday, September 24 is closeout day, built around six rapid fire Blueprint sessions.

Every attendee walks away with a valuable blueprint PDF free, the teaching runs about fifteen minutes per topic, and each session closes the product matched to that topic before finishing with a strong close on the combined bundle. Cart shuts at midnight that night.

The Products

Two flagship products carry the whole event, and every workshop closes into whichever one is most relevant.

Profit Helix teaches people to profit from their own digital product machine. It covers three pathways in one place: vibe coding digital products, creating and selling info products and membership sites, and running a profitable Skool community, with the tools and research for each path built in.

The positioning shifts with the room. When Profit Helix closes a vibe coding workshop, it's presented around vibe coded products. At the end of an info product workshop, the info product and membership pathway takes center stage, and after a Skool workshop it's the community path.

It's one product with three proven ways to profit, and most students will end up walking two or more of the pathways over time.

Commission Cycle is the affiliate flagship: how to profit from the one-word messages people send you on social media, with the tools to run it. Traffic comes primarily from Instagram and YouTube, backed by your own email list, ManyChat automations, and shareable resources.

The training focuses on the personal development niche first and foremost, alongside the make money online niche, so students come out knowing how to earn in both.

The recordings round out the lineup. Profit Engine Live and Profit Engine Live 2 each sell as a $97 package with the session notes, prompt packs, and other resources, or $194 combined, which gives every subscriber a way to buy even if the flagships sit outside their budget.

What the Sessions Cover, and Why That Matters for Your List

The workshops deliberately span different corners of online marketing, because that's what lets you engage far more of your list than a single-hook launch ever could.

A subscriber who ignores an email about vibe coding might jump on a session about pulling affiliate traffic from social platforms, and your retargeting pool grows with every fresh angle you mail.

Some sessions are built for beginners, in the style of a first $1,000 challenge that scales toward $1,000 a week and beyond, and rooms like that lean naturally toward Commission Cycle. Others go after advanced, higher intent segments.

A workshop on sales copywriting and webinar success formulas will draw a smaller room, for example, and a big share of that room will want the webinar generator software inside Profit Helix, which builds complete slide decks and also handles video sales letters and long form sales copy.

Sessions like that convert at a much higher rate precisely because everyone attending self-selected for the topic.

The Numbers

$1,995 Profit Helix (or 4 x $599)

$1,750 Commission Cycle (or 3 x $695)

$2,750 both combined (or 4 x $795)

50% commission after platform fees

Up to $1,200+ per sale in your pocket

Profit Helix sells at $1,995, or 4 x $599 on the payment plan, and Commission Cycle comes in at $1,750, or 3 x $695.

Both combined is $2,750, with a 4 x $795 payment plan, and anyone who's already bought one product can upgrade to the combined package by paying the difference.

Commissions run at 50% across the board, which means a combined sale puts up to $1,200+ in your pocket after platform fees.

The replay packages at $97 and $194 catch the buyers who'd otherwise leave with nothing, and those are commissionable too.

On leads, you choose how it's handled.

We'll pay $2 per qualified opt-in for the full launch window, from the start of pre-launch right through to cart close, on top of your prizes and commissions. Or, if you'd rather, we'll delete your leads from our system entirely after the launch, in which case the $2 rate doesn't apply since there's nothing left for us to follow up on.

Historically the opt-in payments have added $20,000 to $40,000+ in payouts to approved affiliates, and that was in years when the rate stopped before the carts even opened.

The Prize Pool, Over $40,000 In Prizes

We're putting up $37,750 in real, physical prizes across two leaderboard contests (plus cash equivalents available on request), with ten places on each leaderboard, so the incentive runs deep. The top leads prize alone is worth $5,000.

Prize qualification thresholds are being finalized now and will be published on the contest page for approved affiliates.

What's In It For You

  1. A proven track record of $21M+ across the last four September launches. The infrastructure, the email sequences, the webinar conversion rates, the refund handling, all of it has been battle-tested across four previous six-figure-a-day cart weeks. This is the 2026 edition, rebuilt around the event model.
  2. Up to $1,200+ per sale at 50% commission. Two bundle sales a day through the launch window is a five figure commission check, and the $97 and $194 replay packages keep money flowing from subscribers who never buy high ticket.
  3. Reciprocity that goes well beyond a return mailing. Inside Commission Cycle's make money online training, I teach students how to promote products as affiliates. If you finish in my top 10, your products go into that training, your own referred students get extra focus on promoting your offers specifically, and every student in the program sees your products in the mix they're learning to promote. You come out the other side of this launch with a fresh crop of affiliates for your own business.
  4. Built for where sales actually come from now. Our number two affiliate last year made most of their sales from social media posts. Short one-minute videos leading into a workshop or a 24-hour replay are tailor-made for this launch, and part of what I'm teaching students is how to build followings and promote the right way, so the pool of people mailing and posting for offers like yours keeps growing.
  5. A content-first promotion that protects your list. Every session delivers genuine training with substance, so you can send value for two weeks straight while the offers do their work in the background. It's built as a slow burner: fewer day one fireworks, a bigger closeout, and subscribers who finish the launch happier with you and more likely to open your next email.
  6. $2 per qualified opt-in from the first day of pre-launch through cart close, or full lead deletion if you prefer. For many partners the opt-in payout alone has been among the best lead deals in the industry.

Promote It Your Way

You don't have to promote every session.

Maybe only a few of the workshops suit your audience, or you'd rather push one or two of my products the whole way through, or lean on the replays. We'll customize a campaign around whatever fits your list.

If you want a private live workshop where I present to your audience specifically, those slots open from Wednesday, September 16, since I'm in front of the whole launch audience on the Monday and Tuesday. Automated webinars for your list can start a day earlier on the Tuesday.

Tell us in advance and we'll also prepare done-for-you promotional material shaped to your audience: scripts and short form videos for Instagram, SMS copy if you run a text list, and sequential posts for your Skool community, all done in a high value way.

And if deliverability has been hurting you, come talk to me. Certain things need to be in place for your email hygiene right now, the old school approach makes inboxing genuinely hard, and I'm glad to work through it with any partner because the opportunity on the other side is still very much there.

Just keep an open mind on the model itself. If what used to work has been shrinking, testing something different this September costs you nothing, and I've built this launch specifically so partners can pull their highest commissions of the year from it.

The Fine Print

$2 Per Lead Payout Terms

To participate in the $2 per lead payout, you must get written approval via email from us first. The $2 rate applies to qualified opt-ins generated at any point in the launch, from the start of pre-launch through cart close. To get approval, email our JV Manager with details of A) who you are, and B) how you intend to drive your leads. We'll reply to confirm approval.

$2/lead is paid on each unique lead referred from the following Tier 1 countries: United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Germany, Japan, Norway, Switzerland, Denmark, Austria, Finland, Sweden, Holland, Belgium, and France. Leads from outside these countries do not qualify for the $2/lead bonus, but they still count toward your commissions if they convert, and we still follow up with them throughout the launch.

If you elect to have your leads deleted from our system after the launch, the $2/lead payment does not apply to those leads. Let us know your preference when you request approval.

Payouts are made via PayPal. You'll need a minimum of 25 qualified leads to receive payment.

We reserve the right to reduce the $2/lead payment in the unlikely event that leads result in zero or extremely low sales relative to the number of leads sent. This only applies if the lead quality sent is significantly below the launch average. We tend to err on the generous side rather than nitpick.

The leads leaderboard contest counts opt-ins from the Tier 1 countries listed above. Leads from outside those countries don't count toward the contest totals, but they do count toward your commissions.

General Terms

To be eligible for whitelisting in this promotion, all affiliates must agree to the following:

  1. You, as an affiliate or JV partner for Profit Engine Live, have read and fully agree to follow the FTC Guidelines for affiliate marketing (http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/guides/guides.shtm) to ensure your promotions are compliant.
  2. No negative marketing. Negative marketing such as "This is a scam" followed by promoting with your affiliate link is not permitted under any circumstances. This will void all commissions and remove you from future promotions.
  3. If negative marketing is not removed immediately, we reserve the right to take legal action. Brand integrity matters to all of us.
  4. As an affiliate, if you purchase any of the products under your own link, your commissions will be voided.
  5. Prize tiers are contingent on meeting minimum sales thresholds, which will be published on the contest page. If you win a prize but don't meet the minimum sales, you'll be moved to the tier you qualify for. To be eligible for any lead-based prize, your lead-to-sale conversion must not be significantly below the launch average. This is at our sole discretion.
  6. Affiliates are not permitted to direct link to any order form unless on a page that's only reachable via email traffic (not indexable by search engines or social media).
  7. Affiliates are not permitted to post any session replay on YouTube or any other public social media platform.
  8. No "bait and switch" links. For instance, linking text that says "Click here to join Profit Engine Live" to a different destination than the reader expects is not permitted.
  9. Replay links may only be shared with your own email list, not on search-indexable pages, and only during each replay's 24-hour window.
  10. Affiliate sales must qualify as legitimate transactions based on our terms. Suspicious transactions will trigger manual review and commissions may be withheld pending investigation.
  11. Affiliates are not permitted to run keyword-based PPC campaigns targeting branded terms (e.g., you may not target "Profit Engine", "Profit Engine Live", "Profit Shortcuts", or "The Secret Strategy" in search PPC).
  12. You may not give away any of our product material (videos, session notes, blueprint PDFs, software access, etc.) under any circumstances without prior written consent.
  13. Your review or bonus page must not accidentally (or purposely) represent itself as us. Use your discretion and contact us if unsure.
  14. You may not use your affiliate link on any of our own pages (such as comment sections on our sales pages or YouTube videos).
  15. Affiliates may not register or use domain names containing our branding (e.g., you may not use profitengine-review.com).
  16. No order-page links on review sites. No publicly posted replay links. Must link to session registration, opt-in pages, or case studies that link to registration.
  17. The affiliate program is designed to bring new students to our live sessions where we do the closing. Not to "sniper" sales from affiliates who did the real work of driving attendance.
  18. Affiliates who break these rules will be set to 0% commission, with or without notice, until resolved. Contact our JV Manager for disputes.

During review, you may be asked for:

  1. Your full name
  2. Your phone number (in case we need to interview you)
  3. Method of promotion (email, Facebook, blog, YouTube, etc.)
  4. Proof of promotion method (screenshots of email list, ads, traffic sources, etc.)
