Commission Cycle
Quick track record before you keep reading.
Over the last 4 years, our September launches have done a combined $21,000,000+ in sales.
Commission payouts have been through the roof, with many JVs saying our launches are their biggest pay days of the YEAR for them.
We've run a different product each year, and the same JV partners keep coming back, because the math keeps working for them.
This year I have updated the launch model to take account of some changes in how email deliverability works, and also in how super important it is for you to keep your list super engaged after your promotion has finished.
I get it, you want to promote, make commissions, and have your list be happy with you and opening even more of your emails after the launch finishes than before. And thank you for it.
And you want your list to grow afterwards, from reciprocals, from my students promoting you as affiliates. You want to have your cake and eat it too. I understand that, because that's how I approach launches and promotions when I am the affiliate.
I want that for you! So you'll see how I've made those things happen as I reveal more on this page.
Firstly though, I want to mention why I have more different sessions in this launch, instead of running 'encores' and the like. It's more work, but they all close with the same product — each session just has a different hook and core piece of the training that engages them along the way.
A launch with a single hook only ever speaks to the slice of your list that cares about that one angle. Everyone else tunes out for a fortnight. Your retargeting pool stays small, and two weeks of pitch emails about the same offer wears thin with subscribers fast.
So this model keeps things fresh, while still advancing the sale the whole time. Your audience learns more and gets more value throughout, while there are more opportunities for them to see the offer, since with more sessions there are more that could be interesting to them.

Pre-launch opens Tuesday, September 8 and runs through to the Sunday.
Profit Engine Live takes Monday, September 14 and Tuesday, September 15, with four sessions split across the two days, two per day at 3pm and 8pm EST. The opening session, How to Get Paid from 1 Word Replies, is where the Commission Cycle Method itself gets revealed, and the other three each come at the business from a different corner (the full agenda is further down this page).
Nothing is repeated and nothing is an encore, so a subscriber who came on the Monday has a fresh reason to come back on the Tuesday.
Those two days are the main launch audience, and every private partner webinar runs from the Wednesday onwards, which means the partners who mail in pre-launch have their people seeing this before anyone else's do.
Wednesday the 16th opens the recordings (and other resources designed to give value while maximizing conversions) for 48 hours.
Everything from both days sits on one page along with the session notes and video demos of the tools that Commission Cycle students get their hands on, and that page is worth a mail on its own, because it converts the people who couldn't make the live sessions and the people who watched one and want the rest.
Thursday the 17th is the 24 hours left email, and it's usually one of the strongest sends of the first week.
Friday the 18th you promote Profit Engine Live 2, which runs Saturday the 19th and Sunday the 20th with four more sessions, all new, none of them repeats of the first event. Say clearly in that email that there is no replay of this one, because there isn't. It's live or nothing, and the attendance rate reflects that every time.
Monday the 21st you promote Profit Shortcuts, 12 Beginner-Friendly Shortcuts To Make EPIC Affiliate Commissions in 2026, which airs on Tuesday the 22nd. That one is a traditional webinar built purely to convert Commission Cycle, and it's the only session running that day, presented twice at 3pm and 8pm so people can take whichever time suits them.
The doors closing gets said out loud during the session itself, and the replay carries a countdown timer, so a partner who'd rather run the familiar single-webinar promotion can point everything at this one day and nothing else.
On Wednesday the 23rd you mail that the Profit Shortcuts replay is coming down at 11:59pm PST on Thursday.
Thursday, September 24 is closeout, and it's the biggest day of the launch every year we've run it this way. Countdown timers go up across every page and the Profit Shortcuts replay dies at midnight.
I also run live final call sessions through the day where people can put their questions to me directly, which is what turns a lot of the undecided into buyers in the last few hours. Cart shuts at 11:59pm PST.
All dates are September 2026. Session times are Eastern (EST). Cart and replay deadlines are Pacific (PST). Any changes will be confirmed with approved affiliates.
Commission Cycle teaches people to make affiliate profits from Mark's 'Profit Shortcut' traffic strategies, and to scale their commissions upwards by adopting the Commission Cycle model.
Just one core strategy is taught in any session, so as to keep each one highly focused and simple. The one that opens the launch is how to build a business from the one-word replies people send them on social media.
They are primarily taught how to promote and make excellent commissions in two niches: Personal Development and the IM niche.
The heavy lifting is done by our own AI tools, built for this method and available nowhere else. A student writes a script by telling one of them what the video needs to do.
The social posts come out of another, the research out of another, and there are tools in there for producing the videos and the images as well. Someone running this method by hand is spending their whole evening on what the software turns around in a few minutes.
Traffic comes primarily from Instagram and YouTube, with ManyChat automations and shareable resources doing a lot of the spreading for them. None of it needs an email list to work, but I do teach them to build one anyway, because it will enable them to make more and scale further this way than without.
Students are taught the Commission Cycle Method of scaling their profits. Profit in any business is four levers multiplied together: leads x conversions x average $ per sale x average number of sales per customer. The Cycle is a reinvestment loop that works those levers. A slice of every commission goes back into whichever of the four is cheapest to move at the time, that lever produces more commission, and a slice of that goes back in again.
Sometimes reinvesting means buying traffic and sometimes it means building organic assets. The rule is to buy whatever is underpriced right now, with money the business already made. I've changed traffic source roughly seven times in 26 years and never once changed what I do with the profit, and that's the game theory underneath every session in this launch. The nine sessions are nine different doorways into the same model, and each one closes on the product that teaches it.
The training leads with the personal development niche, which is where there are a lot of subcategories and a lot of volume. They can choose niches outside of this and it does work, but I'm focusing the training this way because it's one I have a lot of success in and there's a lot of room without risking saturation.
I also cover the make money online niche alongside it. Students come out able to earn in both and able to benefit from dovetailing between the two, much like I have had so much success out of doing.
$2,497 Commission Cycle (or 6 x $497)
50% commission after transaction fees
Up to $1,200+ per sale in your pocket
Commission Cycle sells at $2,497, with a six payment plan at $497.
Commissions run at 50% across the board, which puts up to $1,200+ per sale in your pocket after transaction fees. Two sales a day through the launch window is a five figure commission check.
On leads, you choose how it's handled. We'll pay $2 per qualified opt-in for the full launch window, from the first day of pre-launch right through to cart close, on top of your prizes and commissions.
Or if you'd rather, we'll delete your leads from our system entirely once the launch ends, in which case the $2 rate doesn't apply, since there's nothing left for us to follow up on.
Historically the opt-in payments have added $20,000 to $40,000+ in payouts to approved affiliates, and that was in years when the rate stopped before the carts even opened.
We're putting up $37,750 in real, physical prizes across two leaderboard contests (plus cash equivalents available on request), with ten places on each board, so the incentive runs deep rather than rewarding three people. The top leads prize on its own is worth $5,000.
Prize qualification thresholds are being finalized now and will go up on the contest page for approved affiliates.
Dates: Sep 8 to Sep 24
The contest opens with pre-launch and keeps counting all the way to cart close. Top 10 partners on the leads leaderboard win these prizes or cash equivalents:
Plus $2 per qualified opt-in for approved affiliates across the whole launch, on top of the prize leaderboard and regular commissions. Approval required (details below).
Dates: Sep 14 to Sep 24
Top 10 partners on the sales leaderboard take home:
Cash equivalents available for any prize on request. Full contest rules and eligibility in the fine print below.
The path I'd recommend to most partners is the main plan. Follow that and you end up promoting every session across the launch without having to think about it.
You don't have to run it that way, though. Maybe two of the nine sessions suit your audience and the rest don't, or maybe you'd rather use the traditional flow of one session with an encore and a replay behind it, in which case Profit Shortcuts on the 22nd is built for exactly that. That path is already set up and it's no trouble to put you on it, and we'll customize something else again if that suits your list better. It works, and plenty of partners will do exactly that.
The multi-session plan just tends to do better, and I'd rather you test it than take my word for it.
If you want a private live workshop where I present to your audience specifically, those slots open from Wednesday, September 16. Monday and Tuesday belong to the main launch audience, and everything private runs after that, so mailing during pre-launch is what gets your subscribers in front of this material ahead of everybody else's. Automated webinars for your list can start a day earlier.
Tell us in advance and we'll prepare done-for-you material shaped to your audience. Scripts and short form videos for Instagram, SMS copy if you run a text list, sequential posts for your Skool community, all of it written to lead with value rather than pitch.
And if deliverability has been hurting you, come and talk to me. There are things that need to be in place for your email hygiene right now, the old school approach makes inboxing genuinely hard, and I'll happily work through it with any partner, because the opportunity on the other side of it is still very much there.
Keep an open mind on the model itself. If what used to work has been shrinking for you, testing something different this September costs you nothing, and I've built this launch specifically so partners can pull their biggest commission month of the year out of it.
The resources covering the first week of the launch are released on Friday, September 4, and the rest follow on Sunday, September 6, so you'll have the whole kit in your hands with time to schedule before pre-launch opens on the 8th.

The Fine Print
$2 Per Lead Payout Terms
To participate in the $2 per lead payout, you must get written approval via email from us first. The $2 rate applies to qualified opt-ins generated at any point in the launch, from the start of pre-launch through cart close. To get approval, email our JV Manager with details of A) who you are, and B) how you intend to drive your leads. We'll reply to confirm approval.
$2/lead is paid on each unique lead referred from the following Tier 1 countries: United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Germany, Japan, Norway, Switzerland, Denmark, Austria, Finland, Sweden, Holland, Belgium, and France. Leads from outside these countries do not qualify for the $2/lead bonus, but they still count toward your commissions if they convert, and we still follow up with them throughout the launch.
If you elect to have your leads deleted from our system after the launch, the $2/lead payment does not apply to those leads. Let us know your preference when you request approval.
Payouts are made via PayPal. You'll need a minimum of 25 qualified leads to receive payment.
We reserve the right to reduce the $2/lead payment in the unlikely event that leads result in zero or extremely low sales relative to the number of leads sent. This only applies if the lead quality sent is significantly below the launch average. We tend to err on the generous side rather than nitpick.
The leads leaderboard contest counts opt-ins from the Tier 1 countries listed above. Leads from outside those countries don't count toward the contest totals, but they do count toward your commissions.
